Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor variations in colour and texture are natural characteristics of genuine leather.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and select wallets. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization (or COD confirmation) and inventory verification.

Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy for delivery timelines, charges, and serviceable areas. Clutchea is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once delivered, our 15-day return policy applies as detailed in our Shipping & Return Policy. Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective.
