Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below this value are charged a flat ₹149 shipping fee. Express delivery (1-2 business days, select metro cities) is available at checkout for an additional ₹249.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery takes 3-6 business days for metro cities and 5-8 business days for other locations, after dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order ships.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available for orders up to ₹25,000 across most serviceable pin codes. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹49 applies.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags intact. To initiate a return, visit My Account > Orders and select 'Request Return', or contact support@clutchea-leather.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. COD order refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised or monogrammed items, and items marked 'Final Sale', cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
